It was the one-year anniversary of the attack on the Towers. Politically, I disagreed with many of the government decisions at the time (and still do). Emotionally, I felt that the people who died should still be honored.

This is one of my favorite drawings of Marks. I always get teared up when I see it. 9/11 hit me in such a hard way that it was 2 years before I snapped the fuck out of it. Though I still believe what I ranted about when Mark put up this picture, and feel it痴 being exploited now more then ever by our corrupt regime.
