Officially, I wanted to play with the comic's layout a bit. Un-officially, I had run out of the bristol board I was using and decided to just use my sketch book. I was still kind of a novice with Photoshop at the time so I wasn't able to lay these all out as well as I would have liked. Also, I decided to stop inking the comics at this point because I wasn't happy with the amount of detail I tended to lose when I inked. I've since gotten alot better at inking - but I've still got a ways to go yet.
Again we get to see just how strange Adrian's own little world can be. Who else could forget about class registration and winter break by playing an unplugged playstation.
This also marked the first comic to go up on our Saturday update. DiaH originally only updated on Wednesdays. The biggest feedback we got, especially after Otakon, was to update more often. Anson wanted to go to three times a week. I relented with twice a week.

I always like the little “gene in an rpg” scene that mark drew. I left the layout of that panel up to him, and he pulled it off famously.
As for Adrian’s unplugged gaming system, it was eventually supposed to come out, again in the comic we never finished, that Adrian was just covering up the fact that he never went home for break. In fact, he hadn’t been home to see his family since he graduated High School. I’m working on writing out a basic summary of the events of the unfinished storyline, to be posted up by the summer, I hope.
In retrospect, had we left the comic to 2 days a week, we might be still going with it now, for better or worse.
